All Sales Are Final — With One Exception
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Please email countryjourneyboutique@gmail.com for assistance before returning for approval and If you have any questions.

Returns on clothing, shoes, jewelry & accessories ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE for a STORE CREDIT. We do not offer exchanges or refunds!
Store credits will be issued to the email address you provided at checkout. Store credits will be in the form of a one time use discount code that can't be combined with any other discount codes. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received at our distribution center.
Store Credit Codes expire 12 months from issue date.
Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of delivery confirmation date. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the full responsibility of the customer.
All "SALE" items are considered FINAL SALE and will not be covered under the return guidelines. This also includes swim wear, bodysuits, under garments, and all custom orders.
How to Start a Return
If your item is defective, or wrong item was sent contact us at Countryjourneyboutique@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the manufacturer defect. Once your return is approved, you may send the item to:

Please note — the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed and your Store credits will be issued to the email address you provided at checkout. Custom Orders — Deposit Policy
All custom orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order placement. The remaining balance is due at checkout upon completion. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with your store credit in the form of a store discount code within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and you have not received your store credit, please contact us at Countryjourneyboutique@gmail.com.
